Cute Animals On Clothes - Fall '12 Edition
Attention fashion bitches of the world, wear your mascot this season! Givenchy's $755 rottweiler tee is lean, mean, and elitist-ly priced—just the way we like it.
This $227 Stella McCartney tiger looks pensive... or hungry. Either or.
In some cultures, owls are cute, big-eyed, mouse-murderers that go hoot-hoot. In other cultures, they're harbingers of death. This one's British, from Burberry, and on a sweater. He's $1,295 at Net-a-Porter.
This $51 ASOS panda doesn't actually have any eyeballs. Maybe that's why he doesn't look super-happy.
This big cat costs $196 and is made of a bazillion gold sequins—and we ain't lion.
All you Boo-the-cute-lollipop-head-dog freaks out there, now you can wear the furry internet sensation on your bosom—for a mere $34 at Urban Outfitters.
Meow, says the $54 cat-face sweater from ASOS that looks suspiciously like the $100 Opening Ceremony cat face sweater from last season.

Nicki Minaj's Perfume Bottle Will Look like Nicki Minaj
There's been a ton of speculation this week that Nicki Minaj will join Mariah Carey as a new judge on American Idol. So when Minaj tweeted last night that she'd announce a "surprise" for fans this morning, no one expected it would be a fragrance launch.
With a picture of a Minaj-shaped bust bottle, Minaj introduced her upcoming perfume, dubbed "Pink Friday" (like her album), and set to launch in September. See the resemblence?
What do you think of Nicki Minaj's upcoming fragrance, and fragrance bottle? Let us know in the comments!

Watch: Lanvin's Fall Campaign Video Full of Real People (Not Models)
Yesterday, Lanvin released its fall-winter 2012 campaign video which, instead of models, features real people with all sorts of interests from all walks of life.
One woman collects salt and pepper shakers. Another man says that he really likes to eat frozen blueberries. A younger woman talks about an unspecified band she clearly despises, saying they're "Douchy, gross, masculine, like, in a bad way—just, like, ugh."
Our personal favorite? Former Apollo dancer, Jacquie “Tajah” Murdock, who ends the film saying, "Well I said that when I was 18 I wanted to go to Paris so he could turn it around and put the eight in front and the one behind it... Eight one, instead of one eight." You can hear Alber Elbaz say, "Paris is coming to you!" With a big "MWAH!" at the end.
Watch the incredibly quirky documentary-like video for yourself, here:
Love the video, and the collection looks pretty dope as well.

The 26-piece collection is called "Weird Science," and, according to the release notes, "is the ultimate amalgamation of the digital and alchemical." Uh, we think we know what that means...
The point is, the clothes are quirky and cute, and are finally available to view. Check out our five faves below, and don't forget to check out the rest once they hit the site!
80s prom meets grunge anyone?
"Oh. Em. Gee. He, like, actually texted me that?"
This one's a total power-luncher.
Ballerina goes biker. Hypothetically, there's a really great Avril Lavigne song about her.
Back to black.

Kobe Bryant's Wife is Soooo Over Hermes Birkins & Chanel 2.55s
(Getty images) |
You need to read this outrageous excerpt for yourself:
I'm not really a handbag person anymore. I've collected Birkin bags, Chanel 2.55 jumbo flap bags, and the Marc Jacobs Stephen Sprouse collection for Louis Vuitton since I was a teenager. But now, as they say, everyone and their mom is buying a Birkin or a regular size 2.55 bag in black, taupe, or beige. I've been sticking to a magenta suede Proenza Schouler bag.
I can't say that I hate her for the statement. Who wants something that everyone has/had? Thats the point of exclusive items for the elite. I wouldn't want the same bag that a stripper in Atl could afford. It's like having the taxes drop on your property because everyone who has bought a piece is so common.
HAHA!

Look of the Day: Jennifer Lopez, Bold in Blue

JLo wore her thick curls in a half-up 'do that trailed down her back and embellished her eyes with brow-reaching lashes. She completed her look with Christian Louboutin platform peep-toes and (of course) never leaves home without that famous bronzed glow.
