Kerry Washington was true blue in cutout ankle boots. The blue bow-adorned ankle boots were a spectacular choice for her sparkling dress.
While we enjoy the shoe, we don't necessarily like it for this outfit, another color such as a deep purple or plum would have been EPIC. Agree?
