Kim Kardashian has done it again—she's worn yet another promises-to-get-talked-about ensemble. She stepped out in Miami for a double date with Kourtney, Scott, and Kanye, wearing a sheer beaded Victorian style blouse with black leather leggings.

We're admittedly a bit befuddled by this top. It's vintage looking, as in it conjures up images of what one might wear on the Titanic. Yet, it's totally see-through. Conservative, yet racy. Tons of fabric, but hiding nothing. And yet, she pulls it off in her usual sexy Kim K fashion. Fascinating, no?
