Beyoncé in H&M Summer Campaign - "Standing On The Sun" [New Music + Video]

Hey Bey fans!

Fresh off of performing "Grown Woman", Bey's single from the Pepsi "Live For Now" commercial, live at her Paris show - H&M is releasing more of their "Mrs. Carter in H&M" Summer 2013 ad campaign featuring The Queen, Bey!

Check out the new video filmed in the beautiful Bahamas and directed by Jonas Akerlund. Also, listen to a new track from Bey entitled "Standing On The Sun"!

The video is so steamy! I love the new direction for H&M's summer collection, and as a Bey fan I'm loving this world music era for Bey! This is reminscent of "Baby Boy" mixed with what the visuals for "End of Time" would have looked liked!

She keeps teasing us, but between yesterday's "Grown Woman" performance in Paris, and today's H&M release, I think Bey fans will be pacified once again!

UNVEILED - Beyonce's 'Mrs. Carter Show World Tour' Shoes!

Beyonce Knowles' The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour kicks off yesterday (Apr. 15) with a show at the Kombank Arena in Belgrade (that's in Serbia) and we can finally reveal what Queen Bey will be wearing on her feet throughout her round-the-world adventures!

Beyonce's creative team teamed up with shoe guru Stuart Weitzman to create custom footwear for The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour—no surprise to Bey-maniacs who already know that Weitzman designed the shoes for Beyonce's last two tours, The Beyonce Experience and I Am... Tour. "

Creating footwear for Beyonce's shows has been one of my most inspiring projects," Weitzman said. "She an her entire team know exactly what they need, always focusing on the fashion and the function of the styles that will be worn."

Check out two of the designs—the whole range of which includes stiletto pumps, Swarovski-crystallized blingers, lace-up military-inspired boots, and thigh-highs!

"We have so enjoyed working with Stuart for this upcoming tour, and seeing our creative vision come to life on stage through his designs," said one of Beyonce's stylists Raquel Smith.

"He understands not only our needs artistically, but Beyonce's needs to perform comfortably on stage with each step she takes," said Beyonce's stylist Ty Hunter.

Beyonce's New H&M Ad Campaign Revealed

Beyonce and that bangin’ body are putting us all to shame (again!) now that more photos from her super sexy H&M 2013 Summer Campaign have been released. As the new face of the brightly colored swimwear line Bey shows every inch of her curves in the Jonas Åkerlund shoot, the same photographer who was behind the camera for her official “Mrs. Carter World Tour” commercial. Speaking on her latest campaign takeover for 2013, Beyonce talked about loving the summer, shooting in the Bahamas and how her mother’s bold style has influenced her own fashion choices:

On the Bahamas shoot: “I loved shooting the campaign in the Bahamas. We shot on a beach outside of Nassau and the weather was perfect. The shoot was filled with vibrant colors and was inspired by the glamour of the late ‘70s.”

On her summer style: “I love the summer. I’m always in shorts, dresses, light, flowing fabrics, great sandals,” says Beyoncé of her summer looks. She credits her stylists Ty Hunter and Raquel Smith as “an influential part of the process” each day.
On her mother’s style influence: “I think my style comes from watching my mother from the time I was a little girl. She was so stylish. She was the first person I saw mix high end pieces with more accessible styles and make it all work. I’m also inspired by my sister, I love her bold approach.”

Beyonce Models Her Best Fashion Moments in a New Pepsi Commercial

In today's requisite need-to-know Beyonce news of the day — oh wait, we already wrote that, so much Beyonce news — Pepsi released yet another commercial starring Queen B and Queen B and Queen B, oh, and some of the songstress' most glorious outfits over the years.

Ahem, that "Single Ladies" leotard, anyone?

The ad is basically a plug to her new song "Grown Woman," (which we're totally okay with) and in it, Bey gets into a dance-off (new dance moves!) with former versions of herself. Go ahead and put your Beyonce fashion knowledge to the test. Think you can handle this jelly? (Hint, hint!)

Beyonce's H&M Campaign Finally Makes Its Big Debut

Beyoncé continued her world domination today when she unveiled her highly anticipated H&M ads.

We kind of knew this was coming, though -- rumors began to swirl back in January that the singer was working on a campaign for the Swedish retailer when one of her dancers at the shoot tweeted an accidental confirmation. But now the first shot is finally here!

The Inez & Vinoodh-lensed snap from the summer 2013 campaign features Bey lounging in the Bahamas in printed shorts, a silky blouse, high-heels and bangles. Sounds like it was plucked straight from her closet, no? That's because the star herself had a hand in design, so prepare yourself for plenty of bodycon dresses and embellished bikinis.

"I've always liked H&M's focus on fun and affordable fashion. I really loved the concept we collaborated on to explore the different emotions of women represented by the four elements -- fire, water, earth and wind. It was a beautiful shoot on a tropical island," Beyoncé said. "It felt more like making a video than a commercial."

As far as the rest of the campaign, entitled "Beyoncé as Mrs. Carter in H&M," you can expect to see more photos and even a video commercial set to Bey's new song "Standing On The Sun." Even though H&M has a history of top celebrity endorsements, it's pretty remarkable that the company was able to snag such a living icon. Recent campaign faces for the brand include Lana Del Rey, Vanessa Paradis and, our personal fave, David Beckham.

H&M's high summer 2013 collection won't be in stores until May, but you can check out her first shot from the ads below. Fiiiine, Beyoncé, we'll bow down.

Beyonce: "Im Not A Naturally Thin Girl" + Quirky Weight-Loss Strats That Really Work

Beyonce opens up in the new issue of Shape magazine and reveals how she lost 57 pounds after the birth of her first child, Blue Ivy. Also, fun fact: Beyonce's favorite food is pizza!

"Breast-feeding took care of the first 30 pounds," Beyonce said. "I was amazed at how the weight just fell off me. But I had to work very hard to lose the last 25 because I'd scheduled a show just three months after I gave birth. Let me tell you, I'll never do that again!"

But how did Beyonce do it? Shape reveals that Beyonce dropped the last 25 pounds on a low-calorie diet and regular dance workouts. She says that she always thinks of her body in her Crazy in Love video as her ideal weight—note: she shot the video when she was 20-years-old.

"Some people prefer the gym, but when I have to put on workout clothes and run on a treadmill, I get bored," Beyonce said. "The rehearsals leading up to a tour always get me in shape, so I never have to feel like 'Oh no, I have to get up and go to the gym!'

"Believe me, I'm not a naturally thin person," she said. "I have to work for it."

And, as for how she controls her pizza cravings? She gets to eat it once a week—at a cheat meal on Sundays.

7 Quirky Weight-Loss Strategies That Really Work

1. Drinking Oil
- His theory: If you eat a variety of familiar, flavor-rich foods, the brain stimulates hunger, raising the set point and causing weight gain. But if you consume foods with little or unfamiliar taste, the brain thinks the body must be starving (why else would you eat tasteless food?), thus lowering the set point and causing weight loss.

2. Spice Up Your Life
- Adding a wide variety of flavorful spices to your foods can help you control portion sizes and lose weight. Research shows that people eat less when their food tastes new and spicy (perhaps because we're forced to pay attention to it?). The crazier the blends of spices, the more novel the food will taste and the more benefits you'll reap, so don't be afraid to mix spices and go out of your comfort zone. Plus, traditional spices like turmeric, cinnamon, and cumin are chock-full of powerful antioxidants.

3. No Snacking
- This one may be surprising, considering the popular concept of eating five or six mini-meals throughout the day. But according to scientists who study the hunger hormones leptin and gherlin, eating too often can mess with your body's natural signals. Plus, if you are constantly snacking, you might not realize how many calories you're really taking in and/or feel deprived from not having a "real meal."

4. Eating Sweets While Cooking
- For the cook who loves tasting as they go, licks, sips, and nibbles can add up fast, leaving you feeling as if you've already eaten a meal before it actually ends up on the table. To quell the tasting urge, some experts recommend sucking on a highly flavored hard candy while you cook. The potent taste—think mint, cinnamon, or sour—will keep your taste buds busy, and the act of sucking will keep your mouth occupied.

5. Nose Clipping
- Everyone knows that smell plays a huge part of how we taste our food—remember your fourth grade science experiment where you ate an onion and an apple with your nose pinched and couldn't tell the difference? So while it may seem a little extreme (and get you some weird looks at restaurants) clipping your nose shut during meals will help you only eat until you're full. Although it does make your favorite foods a lot less enjoyable.

6. One Meal A Day
- Intermittent fasting (IF) is the hottest ticket in the nutrition world right now, with reported benefits ranging from improved immunity, faster metabolism, better insulin sensitivity, lower cancer risk, and of course, weight loss. While we'd all love these rewards, not eating for 24 hours or more can feel like a marathon of deprivation. A way to ease into IF is to try to eat just one meal a day. People often find that once they get past the habit of eating all the time, they really don't miss the extra meals.

7. Cake for Breakfast
- Eating cake first thing in the morning may sound like the worst diet advice ever (or the best!), but Israeli researchers found that "obese participants who ate a breakfast high in protein and carbohydrates that included a dessert were better able to stick to their diet and keep the pounds off longer than participants who ate a low-carb, low-calorie breakfast that did not include sweets." The scientists hypothesize that allowing yourself a treat in the a.m. helps curb your cravings for sweets later in the day.

Beyonce In Pucci and Dior for the Presidential Inauguration

Superstar couple Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z attended the United States Presidential Inauguration in Washington, D.C., today—where, later, Beyonce sang the national anthem following President Barack Obama's swearing-in.

Jay-Z looked dapper in a Tom Ford Peak Lapel suit as he escorted Beyonce, dressed in Emilio Pucci, into the Capitol.

When it was time for Bey to sing, she looked super nervous as she stepped up on the platform, however, that lasted for only a quick moment. She put on her game face in just two seconds flat and belted out the National Anthem like a pro.

In an interview with Zap it this weekend, she revealed:
"Every time I am overworked and in a stressful situation, I always think about moments like this, and it makes everything worth while. My father grew up in Alabama and my father was escorted to school with security guards. He was one of the few African-Americans in school.
There is so much history that we have overcome. And we are growing so much. It is so beautiful that I can make my family and my family’s legacy proud and it is a huge opportunity, for me. I know [the song] but it is the type of thing, [it] doesn’t matter how many times you sing it… And the biggest fear is making sure you sing it right, and sing it correctly."
Peep Bey's performance below, and then pics of her and Jay-Z arriving for the ceremonies!

Whispers: Beyonce for H&M In The Works?

Okay, if we couldn't handle this before, we really can't handle it now. Not even a week after Beyonce announced Destiny's Child is finally getting back together after eight long years, rumor has it that Bey might be the next face of H&M!

Last week, the singer posted a photo of her with baby Blue in the Bahamas to her very style-bloggery Tumblr. In the snap, she's wearing a tropical-printed bikini that supposedly belongs to the fast-fashion retailer. Check it out:

(Photo via iam.beyonce.com)

Gossip about the picture being part of an alleged campaign shoot didn't start spreading, though, until one of Bey's backup dancers, Kimberly Gipson, posted this status on Facebook: “First day of rhsl in the Bahamas! Alriiiiiight H&M…Let’s Go!”

And then today, WWD reported they reached out to the Swedish-based brand for the full scoop. The response they received? "No comment."

To quote the not-so-wise Lloyd Christmas: so they're telling us there's a chance! No comment definitely isn't a big fat no, right?

What do you think? We're dying to know! Is it all just a bunch of bologna and hearsay? Or do you think Beyonce for H&M is legitimately happening? Sound off in the comments, below!
