Who run Instagram? Beyonce! On election day, the pop star posted a snapshot of herself in a "Texans for Obama" tee to Instagram under the name BaddieBey, and she's been uploading editorial-worthy outfit shots ever since.
Queen Bey's Instagram account is totally fascinating, because it gives us a peek at what she wears when she's not on the red carpet, and, as it turns out, she dresses like a fashion blogger! From her lace Maison Michel bunny ears and Mary Katrantzou shirtdress to her pop-art-inspired 3.1 Phillip Lim sweater, Beyonce's fashion selfies wouldn't look too out of place on Tumblr. And her grabbing-your-own-arm poses, topknots, and industrial backdrops only add to the street style star vibes.
Behold: Our five favorite shots (so far!):
1. Maison Michel Bunny Ears, Rag & Bone Printed Pants
Rihanna is taking her December GQ Men of the Year cover to heart, showing up at a London event, during of her 777 tour, in some slick menswear stolen straight from the European runways.
The singer threw a cobalt Fall '12 Raf Simons DB jacket over an Acne bold striped sleeveless shirt and pants set, seen in that brand's Spring '13 show, for a pairing that puts most guys to swagger shame. Is it any wonder she's GQ's Obsession of the Year?
(Getty Images) Karl Lagerfeld at the Chanel Haute Couture show earlier this year
To celebrate the official kick-of of holiday 2012, UK department store Selfridges tweeted these amazing Christmas stockings—inspired by the one and only Karl Lagerfeld!
Turns out, Selfridges commissioned a handful of designers—including Karl Lagerfeld and Henry Holland—to create custom limited-edition stockings. The Karl stocking is available, right now, for £200 at Selfridges.com:
Guess which tangential Kardashian is the first in the family to land a bona fide Vogue cover? None other than budding supermodel Kendall Jenner! The second-to-youngest daughter of Kris and Bruce Jenner—and half-sister to the infamous Kardashian clan—appears on the latest cover of Miss Vogue Australia.
Check out all the photos over on Vogue.com.au—and tell us what you think in the comments section, below... do you think Kim is jealous? Maybe...
Kim herself has never covered a women's issue of Vogue. She did cover an issue of L'Uomo Vogue—Italian Men's Vogue—earlier this year.
Imitation might be the sincerest form of flattery, but Rihanna is the furthest from flattered after Rita Ora's recent appearance at the MTV EMAs.
According to a report in The Sun, RiRi is "pissed off" that the up-and-coming British singer is stealing her style, and the girls' Roc Nation manager—yup, Jay-Z, himself!—was called in to handle the sitch.
“Rihanna was furious when she spotted Rita Ora’s dress for the EMAs, a rose gown that looked like one she wore in 2010," a source told The Sun. “But she was even more annoyed when Rita went on stage using an umbrella as a prop."
If you remember, the Bajan singer wore this breathtaking Elie Saab Couture gown to the American Music Awards back in 2010:
And here's another look at the strikingly similar Marchesa gown Ora sported just a few weeks ago; plus the umbrella (ella, ella) that ignited RiRi's fury:
Was this a sheer co-inky-dink, or is Ora blatantly ripping off Rihanna's style? And more importantly, does this finally count as the Hova's 100th problem? Feel free to speculate wildly in the comments below!
It's pretty safe to assume Azealia Banks knows a thing or two about parties.
Not only is the rapper-darling a power player in the music biz, she's also hot on the fashion scene, performing at Chanel after-parties and Fashion's Night Out.
Maybe that's why ASOS nabbed the artist for its winter campaign #BestNightEver—which is all about (can you guess?) raging it for the holidays—and asked Banks to spill her party makeup tricks. Shockingly, for a gal whose hair goes from emerald to lavender within the span of a week, her tips were super-helpful for even the girl-next-door!
Read on for her top-three party-primping secrets.
For getting the perfect party photos:
There's nothing worse then looking back on pics from the night to see that your bright red lipstick has smudged all over your front two teeth. How can you prevent it? "Always lick your teeth before you smile," Banks said.
For looking chic no matter what:
According to the rapper you must always, always, always make sure your hair and nails are done. It doesn't matter what you're wearing, so long as you're well-groomed. "Somebody will forgive you if your hair is nice and shiny and your nails are done."
For the perfect party eye makeup:
All you need is one product to get your eyes a-glistenin' this holiday season: "My party makeup is glitter, glitter, glitter, glitter. I love glitter," she said. "I like it hard and rocky on your eyes so it looks like foil."

Kim Kardashian (FameFlynet Pictures, PacificCoastNews.com)
Kim Kardashian was spotted in Miami yesterday wearing a black jumpsuit with very '70s suede platform shoes. Was she heading to a themed photo shoot? A night club? Dinner? Nope. She was shopping for furniture in Miami. Naturally.
On one hand, jumpsuits are really cozy and Kim's dedication to fashion is commendable. On the other, we can't really figure out an appropriate time or place to wear a slouchy yet sophisticated cleavage-happy onesie. As for the hair, this isn't the first time the reality star has worked this greaser style and we're still on the fence as to whether she really rocks it or if only Danny Zuko can pull off this look.
Which designer does the internet love almost as much as it loves cats?
Michael Khors!
Microsoft search engine Bing gathered this year's top designer searches, and Kors nabbed the number one spot, followed by Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Ralph Lauren, and J. Crew.
I blame Nicki Minaj! Michael Kors is quickly becoming more easily accessible and way less "high fashion" and more so affordable generic/off-brand fashion. Now everyone has a MK watch or bag, and the knock-offs are coming in droves!! I don't like it one bit, and if MK isn't careful he could become the next, "COACH" brand. Everyone knows, no one wears Coach anymore with their monogram logos, and last season ideas. It's a slippery slope MK!
So what are people looking for when they type the designer's name into Bing?

The ever-lovely Taylor Swift went a little daring at the 2012 MTV European Music Awards in this pale, shimmering gown from J. Mendel—complete with see-through sheer panels at her sides.

"Call Me Maybe" singer Carly Rae Jepsen chose this silvery-gold metallic strapless floor-length number and paired it with a Goth-inspired beauty look—long, straight, blunt-cut bangs, a super-loose wavy 'do, and heavy eyeliner and dark red lipstick.
Stylish star Rita Ora is usually easily recognizable for her edgy mix-and-match street style and knack for casual dressing—but at the 2012 MTV EMAs, Ora opted for old-school opulence—this stunning sheer red lace bodice and full, floor-length ballgown from Marchesa.

The beautiful Alicia Keys—in her new bob haircut!—rocked the red carpet in this now-classic Stella McCartney hourglass dress—complete with see-through sheer panels on the sides.
Retro-queen Lana Del Rey went for an old-fashioned blue dress at the 2012 MTV EMAs—perhaps a nod to her recent gone-viral rendition of "Blue Velvet"?
The always-stunning Gwen Stefani—in hot pants!—with her band No Doubt at the 2012 MTV EMAs.

Solo has that yellow fever! She absolutely loves to wear bright sunny colors, but who can blame her? She looks good in it!
This past week, she avoided the wrath of Hurricane Sandy, and took her talents to Mexico where she hit up an H&M launch party in Mexico City. There, she was spotted hitting the red carpet and later holding down the DJ booth in a yellow printed shirt & skirt combination from H&M paired with Fendi sandals.
Over the past two years, Solange has killed a variety of yellow-hued looks that varied from blazer and skirt combos, to printed pieces, high fashion dresses, and suits. You can catch a few of those looks in Solo’s Yellow Obsession Gallery!
Check out a few pics from the H&M launch event below:
Remember that scene in Pleasantville, where Tobey Maguire helps Joan Allen try to blend back in with her grayscale surroundings by applying gray-and-black makeup to her skin and face? If you always thought that was one of the coolest scenes in that movie (we definitely did), then you'll want to get in on MAC Cosmetics' newest offering, "Grey Friday," which will launch on Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) at Macy's MAC counters from midnight to 4 a.m.
The color-coordinated lipstick and nail polish duo come in a perfect slate shade of dark gray—the lipstick is a black-gray flecked with silver shimmer, and the nail polish is a stunning gray with a silvery suede pearl finish.
Don't worry if you prefer to sleep in on Black Friday, though—the colors will be avaialble online for US customers beginning December 6th and in stores for a limited time December 13th through January 17th.
And in case you've never seen Pleasantville, here's what I'm talking about:
If you're an Alexander McQueen fan, you'll love this just-released sneak peek behind-the-scenes film shot at the Alexander McQueen spring 2013 show.
"The collection is a study of femininity," said McQueen Creative Director Sarah Burton. "We looked at erotica. Vargas girls, cages, corsets, and crinolines and the idealization of the female form. Nothing is set in a particular period. It's about sensuality and skin but not nudity. We also wanted to express lightness, for the clothes almost to hover over the women who wear them."

"I could use that money to help with the war that is happening in the East," Papa Griffes, a self-proclaimed Sapeur—a member of Les Sapeurs, a group of men in the Congo who dress as dandies—told CNN, "but [they're] so expensive it might hurt people's feelings."
In the Congo, the second-largest country in Africa with the lowest nominal GDP per capita in the world, making its citizens among the poorest on earth, a group of men—dedicated followers of fashion—have banded together, bonded over their mutual love of designer labels. From Gucci to Dior and even Yohji Yamamoto, Les Sapeurs have the Congolese luxury market cornered.
The war-torn country, which has, by some estimates, lost upwards of 5 million people as a result of ongoing violence and armed conflict, may not be a place where you'd imagine high fashion flourishes. But, according to the CNN report, the look was first popularized by the singer Papa Wemba and his band Viva La Musica.
Papa Wemba wanted to challenge the status quo—not vocally, but visually. So he devised the acronym SAPE, roughly translated from French to mean "the Society of Atmosphere-setters and Elegant People." By dressing up his band in the SAPE style, the adoring Congoloese crowds soon followed suit—literally.
As for Griffes and his band of eight Sapeurs—who all live in Kinshasa—they meet once a week at his shoe repair shop before going out together, dressed in their finest—and sometimes wearing suits that may cost $5,000.
"It's the fetishization of fashion—they are worshippers of fashion, it's their god, it's powerful," Didier Gondola, author of History of the Congo, told CNN earlier this year. Gondola also explained that Sapeurs aren't necessarily wealthy—"they typically work menial jobs, and have been known to resort to shoplifting to feed their addiction to apparel," CNN reports.
Check out more information on Les Sapeurs over on CNN—today's story, "The Fashion Cult Cut From a Different Cloth," profiles Papa Griffes, and a story from earlier this year, "Dedicated Followers of Fashion: Congo's Designer Dandies," profiles the group.
Last month, Solange Knowles featured members of Les Sapeurs in the video for her new single, "Losing You."
