Ewing 33 Hi “Jamaica” & “Georgetown”

Original build and colorways are two features that made the Ewing 33 Hi a hit when it returned in retro form. However, Ewing Athletics took things back to its namesake’s roots for the new “Jamaica” and “Georgetown” color schemes. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, it’s only right we see Patrick Ewing’s most famous shoe brought back in a white, black, green, and yellow makeup. A Jamaican flag on the heel counter of the mostly white shoe provides a finishing touch, while the “Georgetown” colorway pays homage to Ewing’s days dominating the paint as a young Hoya center. Navy and grey color interchange through the upper and the midsole to keep the honorary shoe true. Both sneakers release in limited quantities at Wish this Saturday, March 30.

Wish x Reebok "American Fun" Pong Pack

Paying homage to good old fashioned “American Fun” Wish ATL has decided to collaborate with Reebok on a vibrant special make up of the Pump Omni Lite. Inspired by Solo, the official party cup company and the American made game “beer pong,” this red to the ground and beer patterned sock liner colorway is sure to spark excitement in party animals across the world!

The game “beer pong,” evolved from the traditional game played with paddles. Which is generally regarded to have had its origins within the fraternities of Dartmouth College in the 1950s and 1960s. The original version resembled an actual ping pong game with a net and one or more cups of beer on each side of the table. Eventually, a version without paddles was created, and later the name Beer Pong was adopted in the 1980s.

The Wish x Reebok “American Fun” Pump Omni Lite will be available at our Moreland Ave location and on our site on October 13 for $150 USD before hitting additional spots one on October 20.

Melody Eshani x Reebok

Reebok and Melody Eshani present the Betwixt Mid in White. The Betwixt Mid features python printed leather, gold lace locks and spikes. And includes 4 lace color options: oatmeal, neon yellow, neon red and baby blue. The word “Love” is embedded leather across the toe.

I dig them, I just wish it didn't have "LOVE" splashed across the toe.

We can't help but revel in a shoe trend that doesn't hurt our feet (perhaps this is also the reason we'll never let go of our secret Ugg stash). Hollywood has taken to wearing statement sneakers for any and every occasion. For spring 2012, Nike is releasing a remixed version of the classic 1996′s Dennis Rodman, Air Shake N’Destrukt. The new Nike Air Max Shake Evolve, also known as, "the Worm", still comes with the offset lacing as it did in the 1996 edition. The Shake Evolve will be available at our Moreland location, for a retail of $145.

2 Chainz & Amber Rose In Jeremy Scott Gorilla Adidas

Mr. West was in the building last night on a special edition of BET’s 106 and Park as a surprise guest with 2 Chainz. And they were literally ‘going Gorillas’ as 2 Chainz hit the stage in a pair of Jeremy Scott Gorilla Adidas from the Spring 2012 line of sneakers. The shoes feature Gorilla heads on the tongue and comes with an Adidas tee as a clothing option for the Gorilla to wear.

Coincidentally, Kanye West’s former boo Amber Rose was spotted in a pair last week while leaving the Virgin America terminal after taking the airline’s first flight ever to Philly.

Sidenote: Kanye chose to stay silent throughout his appearance on stage last night. He is no longer doing interviews because the press likes to twist his words, however he used the appearance as an opportunity to show off his highly anticipated Air Yeezy 2 ‘Blink’ Sneakers which hits stores in June. Reebok x Extra Pump OXT X Extra Butter "The Sheriff"

Here we have a awesome colloboration between Extra Butter, a New York City based sneaker boutique, and Reebok. The Reebok classic Pump shoe gained it's inspiration from Dave Chapelle's character "Ahchoo" from Robin Hood Men in Tights. Durabuck and premium tumbled leather are decked out in Hunter Green, black and dark brown on the shoe's upper. The tongue is finished off with the classic Reebok Orange basketball to "pump you up" for that additional comfort.
