Vanity Fair Post Oscars After Party!! What They Wore!!

After the party there's the after-party. And after the Academy Awards, there's Vanity Fair. See which stars slipped into the best celebration frocks after the 2011 Oscars!

Model-turned-handbag designer Camila Alves wore a subdued Kaufman Franco gown to the Academy Awards, but turned up the drama a notch in lacy Marchesa at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party hosted by Graydon Carter. We prefer this racy, gothic look.

Reigning teen dreams Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber escorted one another to the Vanity Fair Oscar Party, where they posed in matching Dolce & Gabbana outfits. Too cute—but beware! Britney and Justin used to coordinate their outfits, and we all know how that turned out.

It's a pity Emma Roberts did not attend the Oscars—her glorious gray Jenny Packham gown deserved some screen time! The young star shimmered in the semi-sheer creation at both the Vanity Fair and Elton John AIDS Foundation parties. So perfect!

Trust that Madonna did not forget to wear her pants—she knows how to get tongues wagging. Consider her nearly-bare derriere a gesture of solidarity with former Material Girl spokesmodel Taylor Momsen, if you will. Meanwhile, Madonna's daughter Lourdes looked adorable in an AllSaints mini.

Gabrielle Union brought a breath of fresh spring air to the Vanity Fair Oscars Party, hitting the red carpet in a soft, feminine Diane Von Furstenberg gown in a deep, luscious purple. Union wore her hair in classic retro curls that helped to showcase her sparkling diamond earrings. What's an Oscars afterparty without some serious jewels?

Jessica Biel was not on the red carpet at the 2011 Academy Awards, but she was ready for her closeup at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. She showed some skin in a heart-stopping metallic gown by Versace. She looked so very spectacular, it was really a disappointment she decided to skip out on the big show.

Taylor Swift showed off her long, lean figure in a sparkly little Zuhair Murad mini in an eye-catching gold hue. The country music superstar paired the dress with gold peep-toe pumps, a bright red lip and one of her favorite curly updos. Nothing groundbreaking, but we understand Swift's urge to bring the sparkle.

Dior devotee Charlize Theron ditched her favorite label in favor of a white one-shoulder Versace gown and metallic strappy sandals. Despite her beautiful gown, however, Charlize didn't seem quite up for the red carpet.

Cameron Diaz and her miraculous stems made it to the Vanity Fair party in a one-shoulder Carolina Herrera mini and black peep-toe booties. Beachy layered locks and barely-there makeup had Diaz looking straightforwardly sexy, not overdone.

Is Glee star Lea Michele maturing right before our eyes? The Oscar de la Renta devotee struck an impressively mature note at the Vanity Fair party in a midnight blue sequined gown by Roberto Cavalli. It looked even sexier from the back—perfect for Lea, who has mastered the art of the over-the-shoulder pose.

The strongest party frock may have been Zoe Saldana's Prabal Gurung number, expertly paired with magenta ankle-strap pumps to play off the touch of pink in the skirt. It doesn't get any better than this.

No, that isn't Blake Lively in the latest Chanel Couture—it's the freshly-blond Emma Stone. She worked her mullet skirt in fine fashion at the Vanity Fair party, matching the skirt to a pair of satin eggplant pumps.
