STYLE UPDATE :: Rita Ora & Her Accessories

British singer Rita Ora was swagged out earlier this week as she left an appearance on Good Morning America. While there, she revealed that she worked in a shoe store when she was 15 which might explain her obsession with sneakers. (She owns over 150 pair).

Taking a break from her usual retro Jordans, Rita was spotted strolling through Soho in Blumarine sneaker heels/ Lace up boots (which could possibly be the best of both worlds). The kicks feature a platform heel and metallic exterior that change color when the light hits them.

As much as I tried to HATE these shoes, because they look like the fake Jordan Sneaker Heels that you get tagged in on Facebook, but for some reason the way she rocks them, is captivating to me.

British singer Rita Ora shined in front of 80000 fans this past weekend while performing at the Capital FM Summertime Ball in the U.K. Before she hit the stages, she walked the red carpet in a Happy Ashley dress and her favorite Retro Jordans while stunting in some Tatty Devine At Lash Shades from Modcloth.

Later that night, she ripped the stage in a Happy Ashley shirt and custom jeans designed by a Fashion Design graduate from the University of Westminster.

Style Survey :: Ciara In Balmain

Ciara walked the 2012 MTV Movie Awards red carpet in this chic red Balmain mini-dress and with heels. I don't know if it's her hair color, which is way to bleached for her skin tone; or if its her bare legs with no tan and/or airbrushing to even tone her look, but something is a little off.

London singer Rita Ora recently sat down with Billboard Magazine to discuss her upcoming music projects and showcase her two new singles.

I knew I liked this chick when I first saw her walking out of a New York radio station with Jay-Z!! And for those of you who have sort of picked out my style from what I've told you all I liked, you probably know by now that I'm into really tailored looks. So me loving Rita Ora's style is perplexing, because it's not tailored AT ALL, if anything its free and expressive which I think is another GREAT aspect of fashion!!

Rita was spotted in a white The Hundreds x Don Pendleton Party Hat Skate T-Shirt which retails for $36.00. According to the website “The Hundreds have teamed up with artist Don Pendleton and brought out an exclusive line of colab clothing pieces. The Hundreds x Don Pendleton Party Hat tee features a main Party hat design on the front and a small back shoulder detail”.

She completed the look with black leather pants, a Galibardy by Lisa Galibardy “Amber” Necklace ($72.00)

and a pair of her favorite custom made A-Morir by Kerin Rose sunglasses featuring a 3-d floral detailing and glitter.

Style Survey: Jameela Jamil

Warning: Looking at photos of British TV presenter Jameela Jamil may trigger a desire to cut bangs and develop a kohl eyeliner addiction. We speak from experience.

Unfortunately, said Single White Female behavior will not result in looking like the exotic beauty (unless of course you are also a former model with Indian and Pakistani roots and rock a D&G polka-dot prom dress like nobody's business). It will also not instantly bless you with her aptitude for mixing "goofy girl next door", with "down with the kids" and "front row at London Fashion Week."

Still, you can steal a bit of her style: having made a study of Jamil's street and red carpet looks while still in SWF mode, we noticed there is a distinctly Blossom-centric bent to her accessorizing: the hats, the overalls, the cheeky grin.

That said, we urge you to proceed with caution. Should you have a sudden desire to resurrect say, your suspenders, or pair your vintage OshKosh B'Gosh with a fitted white blazer and silver-toed heels, please remember: Jamil is a professional. She is the one they called on to fill Alexa Chung's post when she left to break America on MTV. And her legs are not normal legs. Unless, of course, we're measuring them by giraffe standards.

Style Survey :: Rihanna's All-Denim Ensemble

Rihanna is no stranger to wacky looks. She's worn a sheer cutout bodysuit, neon beaded bikini, and now head-to-toe denim paried with a blinged-out Versace fanny pack. Seriously, Versace makes fanny packs. The controversial star paid homage to '90s fashion in the denim-on-denim-on-more denim outfit. The singer was en route to a fashion shoot in New York City when she wore the skinny jeans with a matching denim bustier and a chambray shirt.

The designer fanny pack emblazoned with gold dollar signs finished off the look in a really tasteful way, don't you think?.

We haven't even gotten to her hair. Rihanna wore her ever-changing tresses in a blond straight cut with bold dark roots that gave the distinct impression that some sort of furry creature was perched on her head.

While we certainly admire Rihanna's gusto, we're not quite sure how to feel about this much denim in one sitting. What do you think of her eclectic look—hot or not?

What better way to bring in the New Years than with a super sexy bandage dress from Herve Leger? Mary J. Blige was spotted in the off white number with gold embellishments on Saturday night as she rang in the New Year at the Grand Opening of RPM in Las Vegas. Earlier in the month, video vixen Dollicia Bryan was spotted in the same dress from Herve Leger’s Fall 2011 Collection at a Smooth Magazine cover party at Eden, and back in April, J. Lo wore the dress during a taping of American Idol.

All eyes were on Blake Lively on Thursday night at the launch of the Spring 2011 eyewear collection for Tiffany & Co. The Gossip Girl actress looked oh-so-sophisticated in an intricate lace-and-tulle knee-length dress by Elie Saab.

The dress featured a high, straight neckline, padding at the shoulders, buttons down the front—but Blake managed to pull it off without looking the slightest bit fussy. Perhaps it was her beachy Miu Miu braid, or the mesh Christian Louboutin peep-toe pumps.

This look is an excellent, simple, but edgy elegant look. WE LIKE! Now Jump!!
