Best and Worst Dressed at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards

This year the Billboard Music Awards reveal what happens when music and fashion collide. From Ke$ha and Nicki Minaj's zaney style selections to the refined elegance of Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift, check out the stars who made our Best and Worst Dressed list!

Kelly Rowland sizzled in an on-trend hot pink Herve Leger bandage dress. The dress' bright hue popped on the white carpet, while strappy champagne heels complemented Kelly's lengthy legs. Matching pink lips and sweet sideswept locks were the perfect finishing touch to this playful award show look.

Keri Hilson added a punch of color to the Billboard Music Awards red carpet in a chartreuse mini with long sheer sleeves and a turquoise belt to cinch her waist. In case it wasn't clear already, the 70's are back, ladies and gentlemen!

Peep way more celebs hitting the red carpet, like Beiber, Keri Hilson, Mary J. and more after the JUMP!!

Justin Bieber has the Midas touch at the Billboard Music Awards in a gold lamè suit jacket. The young superstar loves to wear formal tux style jackets on the red carpet, particularly with black jeans and casual shoes. We wonder what Selena thought of his glitzy homage to The King.

Always one to make a statement on the red carpet, Nicki Minaj did not disappoint at the Billboard Music Awards in a baby blue Mark Fast bodysuit with sparkling paillettes down her legs. A cotton candy 'do and white platform sandals completed this eye-catching look. Very Nicki!

Michelle Williams sparkled on the red carpet in a sequined LBD with a soft fringed skirt. She wore lethal black platform stiletto booties and added a tiny burst of color with a red embroidered clutch.

Nicole Kidman accompanied her hubby, Keith Urban, to the Billboard Music Awards in a demure style. The actress opted for a floor-length beaded evening gown with a t-shirt style bodice and deep pockets. The sheer skirt is the saving grace for this otherwise matronly number, but Nicole looks comfortable and confident, and we have to commend that.

Mary J. Blige got exotic in a bold-shouldered leopard print gown with a dramatic train. The hip hop diva seemed to channel I Dream of Jeanie with a high blond ponytail, which drew focus to the dress' high neckline.

Rihanna opted for a minimalist look at the Billboard Music Awards in a white hot Max Azria suit. Her loosely curled red bob gave color to the look, while pointy nude Christian Louboutin stilettos maintained her streamlined silhouette.

The music industry's resident party girl Ke$ha hit the white carpet in a blue satin mini dress with bold shoulders and daring cut-outs. The Tik Tok singer's futuristic glittery dress featured an inexplicable tulle train. Glittery cheek and eye makeup rounded out Ke$ha's look.

Fergie hit the Billboard Music Awards in a tiered leather Herve Leger dress with a bondage-inspired halter neckline. The sassy songstress teamed her edgy look with towering black leather Christian Louboutin pumps and an Alexander McQueen skull clasp clutch.
