If Kanye West has indeed started a fashion line, the buzz he's getting ensures that all of fashion's top editors will sit front row during his runway debut. If he doesn't have a collection in the works, he still has the fashion industry talking about him, which is all Kanye really wants anyway. So, whatever the scenario, it's a win-win situation for this fashion-loving rapper.
The latest rumor to hit the mill is that Kanye has his sights set on New York Fashion Week to show off his first womenswear collection. The previously reported news that he had set up shop in Paris with intentions to show in the city of lights. But TelegraphGrazia has countered those rumors with others that say his studios are actually in London and New York, with the latter being the location of the big reveal. The magazine also reports he has named knitwear designer Louise Goldin as head of design and is working closely with Central Saint Martins director Louise Wilson.
Here's hoping Kanye can deliver on all the buzz he's generating!
